Development and renovation of the club’s sports facilities.

Scope of Work:

• Construction of a regulation football field (artificial turf) – 8,000 m².
• Construction of an international athletics track (8 lanes – Tartan) around the football field.
• Washing and drainage networks for the track.
• 2,700 m² of metal fencing (3 m height).
• 1,200 linear meters of curbstones around fields and surrounding roads.
• 576 linear meters of drainage channels.
• 3,725 m² of interlock paving works.
• 9,500 m² of synthetic sports flooring (Tartan).

Electrical & Lighting Works:

• Supply and installation of 8 high-mast lighting poles (16 m).
• Supply and installation of 16 high-mast lighting poles (9 m).
• Supply and installation of 54 floodlights (2,000 W) for the main field.
• Supply and installation of 96 floodlights (400 W) for auxiliary fields.
