Scope of Work:

• Field washing and garden irrigation networks.
• Drainage networks and sewage pumping station.
• Construction of a fully equipped cafeteria with restrooms for spectators and staff.
• Complete fire-fighting system for sports fields, stands, and club facilities.
• Supply and installation of a fully equipped illuminated fountain with water treatment and reuse systems.
• Construction of lighting, irrigation, drainage networks, and pumping stations.

Sports Facilities Constructed:

• 1 Skating rink
• 2 Training halls
• 2 Handball courts
• 2 Basketball courts
• 2 Volleyball courts

Open-Air Arena:

• Open arena with seating capacity of 8,000 spectators, including:
  • Storage rooms
  • Players’ changing rooms
  • Service buildings beneath the stands
  • 5 grouped restrooms for spectators, players, and staff
