Construction of the University Sports City, including sports fields, grandstands, lighting, drainage, utilities, and surrounding roads.

Scope of Work:

• 80,000 m² of asphalt road works.
• Installation of an advanced irrigation system for the football field.
• Washing and drainage networks for all sports fields.
• Total reinforced concrete works: 5,300 m³.
• Main drainage and water supply networks totaling 7,000 m.
• Construction of public service facilities (11 public restrooms).
• Pumping station (2 × 75 HP) with filtration systems and a 260 m³ tank.
• Supply and installation of 4 lighting towers for the stadium in compliance with international standards.
• Construction of pedestrian bridges connecting the Sports City with student housing and the university (total length: 1,200 m).

• 14 multi-purpose courts
• Football field (natural grass)
• Red clay tennis court with lighting and spectator stands
• 3 Handball courts (Tartan) with stands and lighting
• 3 Basketball courts (Tartan) with stands and lighting
• 3 Volleyball courts (Tartan) with stands and lighting
• Grandstands with a capacity of 8,000 spectators and a metal canopy
• International-standard athletics track (8 lanes)
