Construction of Phase One and associated infrastructure including sports fields, roads, and landscaping.

Scope of Work:

• Earthworks and backfilling totalling 250,000 m³.
• 25,000 m² of asphalt works including base layers.
• Electrical works including 30,000 linear meters of cables and supply & installation of 42 high-mast lighting poles (12 m and 16 m) with individual control systems.
• 15,000 m² of interlock roads and walkways.
• Drainage and water supply networks.
• Supply and casting of over 1,000 m³ of reinforced concrete for fences, column foundations, and related works.

• Five-a-side football pitch (artificial turf)
• Regulation football field (natural grass)
• International-standard running track
• 4 Handball courts (Tartan)
• 4 Volleyball courts (Tartan)
• 2 Tennis courts (Tartan)
• 4 Basketball courts (Tartan)
